7 Foods to Naturally Boost Your Libido (And 3 To Avoid!)

While you might think that all it takes is a George Clooney film to get you revved up, there are actually many variables to consider when it comes to your libido. Things like stress and smoking can really affect your sex drive, whereas other factors can boost it, and we have some bedroom-worthy foods which will do just that! We've also picked foods you can easily fit into your diet because no one cooks oysters regularly, do they?
 
The main things we look out for in foods are ones that are going to increase your levels of testosterone, increase your blood circulation, and boost levels of zinc or vitamin C & B. First up we have:
 

Pumpkin Seeds

Arginine-rich foods like Pumpkin Seeds will help dilate blood vessels and increase blood flow, which is essentially what Viagra does. When you're blood vessels are dilated you're libido will increase as the blood flow will reach your sex organs. They also contain zinc, which supports your testosterone levels, and in turn, helps increase your sex drive, energy, and endurance! Beef

Not as well-known as a libido-boosting food, but saturated fats are the building blocks of our sex hormones.
