Getting the most out of your Organica Sleep Lotion

One of the most frequently asked questions by our customers is: 'How do I get the most out of my Organica lotion?' Here's our answer:

To make the most of your Organica, we recommend applying this lovely lotion to your neck, upper chest, arms and wrists until completely absorbed. Applying a little to your chin, nose, other pulse points and/or soles of your feet can add an extra sleepy bonus too.

Can I apply it to my face?

Organica is hypoallergenic, so if you wish to, you can absolutely apply this lotion to your face and/or rest of the body too.

How does applying Organica to the soles of my feet work?

Great question! It's actually a combination of factors: the larger sized pores on the soles of your feet, and the absence of sebaceous glands (which produce sebum) allow for greater absorption of the amazing sleep-inducing essential oils contained in Organica - a simple but powerful addition to your Organica PM routine

  • I am 71 and have had insomnia it seems like forever, so I thought I would try Organica, even though I was skeptical because I have used so many different types of so-called sleep remedies. Organica smells great and I like the smoothness after applying on the skin. I have been using is for a few months now and truthfully, sometimes it works well, but sometimes it doesn’t. So I am not 100% convinced that it helps me sleep, probably because my insomnia is so bad. Organica is relaxing and I will continue to use it despite the fact that it doesn’t always help me sleep.

  • I love the Organica Sleep lotion! It helps me to get a more restful sleep despite my pain from a rare autoimmune disease.
