Mood-Boosting Super Smoothie Recipe

1 cup strawberries
1 cup fresh spinach
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon of cacao powder
1 ripe banana
1 cup coconut milk
½ cup water
Blend all of the ingredients together in a high-speed smoothie blender. For best results, add some ice for a chilled smoothie! Pour and enjoy!
