WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE? / DELIVERY TIMES

We endeavour to get our orders out to our customers as soon as possible. All orders are dispatched from our depot facility in Denver, USA. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your item leaves our facility.

Delivery times will depend on location. USA mainland deliveries typically take between 3-7 working days. Deliveries to other locations, including Canada, may take significantly longer depending on customs procedures. 

At peak times such as holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer than expected. HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

We use both UPS and USPS to deliver our products to you via a Tracked Service. If you have ordered multiple products, they may be delivered separately. 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes! For every order placed we send out a shipping confirmation email with your unique tracking details. If you have not received this email within 3 days of placing an order please contact us at contact@organicasleeplotion.com.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

MY TRACKING SAYS 'DELIVERED' BUT I HAVE NOT RECIEVED IT

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it, please follow these tips before getting in contact with our customer service team:

  1. Verify that your shipping address is correct.
  2. Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
  3. Look around the delivery location - some deliveries may be placed near a garage, porch, side door etc.
  4. See if someone else (e.g. a neighbour) has accepted the delivery.
  5. Please also be aware that packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival.
  6. If you suspect an error on your delivery, please contact your local USPS office for details
  7. If you still cannot find your package after attempting these steps, please get in touch with our team and we'll help you resolve your order.

MY DELIVERY HAS ARRIVED BUT SOME/ALL OF THE PRODUCTS ARE DAMAGED

All Organica products are hand packaged with the greatest care and highest standards in quality control to ensure they leave our facility in perfect condition.

Occasionally packages can become damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged product, please get in touch with our friendly customer advice team via live chatstore form or by email at contact@organicasleeplotion.com with the subject line: 'Damaged order'.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Once an order has been shipped the shipping address CANNOT be changed.

You may contact us at contact@organicasleeplotion.com or through our live chat to update your address for any future shipments or if your order has not been shipped yet.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with every item you purchase from Organica.  However, we realize that sometimes products fall short of expectation. That is why we offer our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee (from the date of dispatch); so if you're not entirely happy with your purchase, for any reason, we will refund you 100% of the purchase value (excluding shipping charges) once you have returned your order to our head office in the United Kingdom.

To process your refund as soon as possible, please make sure to send us notice of your intent to return including a copy of your postal receipt or tracking ID. 

We do not provide pre-paid postage labels or cover the cost of return postage.

HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE TO PROCESS?

Our team works to process your refunds as soon as possible. We aim to refund you within 5-10 working days of your refund request, in most cases, we're able to process them within 3-5 working days. Sometimes the banks can be a bit slow in moving the money through their systems so please note that in some cases, it can take up to 30 days - we wouldn't wish to promise you something we can’t keep.
